一.教学目标
1.The knowledge aims.
(1)To enable the Ss to listen, speak, read and write  the                 words :spring ,summer ,autumn(fall) ,winter ,because and so on.
(2) To help Ss to use the words into the sentence pattern : I like because.
2.The ability aims.
(1) To develop Ss' abilities of listening ,speaking, reading and writing .
(2)To master the sentence pattern: I like because.in the reality situation.
(3)To foster Ss' abilities of communication and their innovation.
3. Emotion Aims.
To love and protect the nature.
二. 教学重难点
1. 1.重点:
(1)能狗听懂,读懂并内化Read and write的内容。
(2)能够在实际语境中交流运用关于喜好的句型:I like because.
(3)尝试写出简单的写作,培养基础英文写作能力。
2.难点:提高阅读技巧和尝试英文写作。

   多媒体课件,头饰,图片
四. 教学过程
Step1: Warm-up and pre-reading
1.Sing a song:Whats your  favourite season
2.Sharp eyes:复习已学词汇
3.Free talk.句子接龙
 T:I like summer best. Because the weather is hot. I can go swimming. Which season do you like best,ΧΧΧ?
Ss:I like spring best .because it’s warm , I can go on a picnic. Which season do you like best,ΧΧΧ?
 Step 2 While-reading
1.Enjoy some pictures.(四季图)
2.Listen and guess.
  T:Which season does Robin best?
3.Listen and answer four questions.
(1).Why does Robin like spring?
(2).Can Robin swim?
(3).What does Robin want to do in fall?
(4).Why does Robin like winter?
Then check the answers.
(1)Because there are beautiful flowers everywhere.
(2)No,he cant.
(3) He wants to paint a picture.
(4) Because he can play in the snow.
4.Listen and repeat.
T:Follow the tape and repeat the passage, pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.
5.Retell the passage.
T:Try to retell the passage independently. I will give you 3 mins to prepare it .
Step 3 Post-reading
1.Read an tick.
2.Complete the sentence
3.Show time. 
Step 4 Homework
1.Read the passage twice.
2.Write a passage about your favourite season.

一.说教材
本课教材是小学英语五年级下册Unit 2 My favourite season. Part B Read and write . 本单元的主题是四季以及四季所做的活动。在本堂课结束后,需要学生能说出自己最喜欢的季节以及喜欢这个季节的原因。
二.说学生
五年级的学生已具备了一些基础知识,他们已经掌握了一些有关于四季天气的单词,如:warm,hot,cool,cold等。而且他们有着强烈的好奇心。
三.说教学目标

(Purpose: It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by singing and playing a game. At the same time ,it provides situations to review learned knowledge for the next step.)
Step 2 While-reading
1.Enjoy some pictures.
2.Listen and guess.
3.Listen,read and answer.
4.Listen and repeat.
5.Retell the passage.
(Purpose: Task-based teaching method is used here to help students understand the passage.)
Step 3 Post-reading
1.Read an tick.
2.Complete the sentence.
3.Show time. 
(Purpose: To develop Ss' ability of communication and their ability of co-operation will be well trained.)
Step 4 Homework
1.Read the passage twice.
2.Write a passage about your favourite season.
